The Shijingshan District Political Consultative Committee, a regional political authority of Beijing's Shijingshan District, has finished handling all its proposals concerning the lives of district residents in 2009.

According to a report filed at the fourth session of the 8th District Political Consultative Committee meeting on January 11, all the 183 proposals brought up by committee members since the third session of the meeting have been handled properly.

The report also pointed out that the serious and responsible attitude toward proposal handling increased the satisfactory rate of local residents from 88 percent to 96 percent.
