To provide better service to the ongoing Olympics and athletes from all over the world, a volunteer scouting team has been officially on duty to inspect, supervise and evaluate 31 volunteer booths in Shijingshan District.

The team made of 15 members will carry out daily checks on whether volunteers at site have followed proper dress code and taken necessary certificates, whether they use polite and standard language while providing service to visitors and whether the information they provide is accurate.

The scouting team will also be responsible for giving advice and suggestions to volunteers. The team will hand out an evaluation form to the booths in order to improve the overall quality of the services.

According to people from the Youth league of Shijingshan District, the purpose to organize such a team is to improve the service the volunteers provide. The evaluation result will be used as an important reference to honor excellent volunteer booth and excellent volunteers.
