Shi Jingshan
Shijingshan district is one of the new districts in beijing. What we mean by "new" is that Shijingshan is the fifth district without farmers after Dongcheng, Xicheng, Chongwen and Xuanwu districts. Shijingshan district covers an area of 84. 38 square kilometers. Its population is over 530,000. Shijingshan District is faced with new development opportunities alongside the relocation of Shougang, China's fourth largest steel maker, and the up-coming 2008 Beijing Olympics. It certainly provides a great opportunity and enough space for development to investors from home and abroad.


An urban area close to nature

Shijingshan District got its name from Shijing Mountain, the No.1 fairy mountain in the State of Yan in the Spring and Autumn Period some 3,000 years ago. Since then, this area has been an important county of history and culture. Mountainous area accounts for 23% of the district. The green coverage ratio in the city is 44.46%. Public green space per capita is 22.8 square meters. This district has the most abundant mountain resources, the highest green coverage and the largest public green space per capita. It certainly is a new district with good ecological environment, suitable for both living and business.


Near to the down town area of Beijing

It is only 14 kilometers away from the city center. It's the closest to the down town area among the four districts of the outer city. It will be convenient to attract more people, and provide a favorable condition for the development of tertiary industry, such as cultural creation, leisure and entertainment, business, technological service, and tourism and exhibition. In addition, Shijingshan District is an important juncture to connect Haidan District, Fengtai District and Mentougou District. It's a key supporting point in West Beijing. As the bonding site of "One axis, One Zone" according to urban overall planning, it occupies a prominent strategic status.


Convenient traffic

We have a very convenient communication network leading everywhere in the district,  the extension line of Changan Avenue, Lianshi road, Fushi Road are all horizontal main roads. Then we also have the fifth ring road and the fourth ring road. Besides, over twenty bus lines run throughout the district. Metro line 1 connects line two and line five. It's only twenty minutes to the core area of Zhongguancun, 30 minutes to CBD and forty minutes to the airport.


Rich CRD Industrial Resources:

Shijingshan District has a long history and rich culture. In Badachu, the Eight Great Sites, a relic of the tooth of the Sykyamuni Buddha is kept. Fahai Temple is famous for its wall paintings of Ming Dynasty some 600 years ago. Their artistic value can compare to that of the walling paintings in Dunhuang. There are many other attractions, such as Longding River and Tiantai Mountain.
