During the 2025 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS), Shijingshan District will coordinate 28 parking lots with a total of 11,886 parking spaces to meet parking demands. Among these, 24 are located within and around Shougang Park. Additionally, four temporary parking lots will be opened in the vicinity for peak hours.
To optimize transport connectivity around its subway stations, the district has added over 1,000 parking spaces for non-motorized vehicles at Gucheng and Jin'anqiao subway stations. Also, 27 new signage plates for non-motorized vehicle parking areas and nine for shared bicycle parking zones have been installed, with temporary drop-off areas designated in the meantime.
During the fair, shared bicycle management will be strengthened, with plans to establish two temporary buffer parking areas (under Shougang Bridge and on Beicha Street, respectively). The total parking capacity in and around Shougang Park will be increased to over 4,800 bicycles.
To facilitate the movement of pedestrians and vehicles, 40 new traffic guidance signs have been installed on municipal roads within and around the CIFTIS zone.
An unmanned autonomous vehicle shuttle service will operate within Shougang Park during the fair, with stops at Shangri-La's hotel in Shougang Park, the No.3 Blast Furnace, and Chang'an Mills Shopping Plaza.
To improve traffic flow in the surrounding areas, multiple holographic intersections have been developed near Shougang Park. These smart intersections dynamically adjust green-light durations in real-time, thereby reducing waiting times and enhancing traffic efficiency.
