In February 2025, the zone was approved for establishment. Located in Wulituo Subdistrict, Shijingshan District, the zone covers a total area of 0.6 square kilometers. Its boundaries extend east to Guihua Road, south to Heishitou Road, west to Xiufu Road, and north to Tanyu Road and Guihua Road. The zone includes Plot 053, Plot 055, Xishan Machinery Factory, and the reserved development area in western Wulituo.
