The park serves as a key hub for Beijing's VR industry cluster. Its key areas for industrial breakthroughs include terminal devices, distribution platforms, and content production and application. Efforts are being made to accelerate technological iteration and business model optimization, with the goal of building a sizable base for VR content production and hardware R&D in China. Twelve enterprises in the park were recognized among the 2025 "Top 50 VR Companies in China".
