The pilot zone is located at Gucheng Entrepreneurship Building, with a planned floor area of 30,500 square meters and an occupancy rate of 90 percent. The core zone is situated at the Xijing plot, with a planned floor area of 445,200 square meters. The first phase of the core zone, covering 168,600 square meters, was completed and put into operation in 2024. The second phase, with a planned floor area of 276,600 square meters, is expected to be completed and delivered by the end of 2027.
