Now at Cheng'en Temple: A New Exhibition Underway at Beijing Eight Imperial Handicrafts Museum

The Beijing Eight Imperial Handicrafts Museum is hosting an exhibition titled "Legacy of Beijing and Inheritance of Craftsmanship — A Retrospective of Masterpieces by Late Masters of Eight Imperial Handicrafts". Over 20 classic works by five late inheritors of the relevant techniques are on display.
 
This time, the museum has also introduced two kinds of creative souvenirs based on two exhibits, namely the refrigerator magnets inspired by Beijing-style longpao (dragon robe) and the bookmarks incorporating the calligraphic work "Baishoutu" (百寿图, which consists of 100 variants of the Chinese character "寿" that means "lifespan" and "longevity").

Tuesdays to Sundays: 09:00–12:00 (last entry at 11:30), 13:00–16:00 (last entry at 15:30).
The museum is closed on Mondays (except for national holidays).

Reminder: Cheng'en Temple (Beijing Eight Imperial Handicrafts Museum) is located in Moshikou Historical and Cultural Block, where traffic control for motor vehicles becomes effective daily from 10:00 to 20:00. You can take Subway Line 11 to reach Moshikou Station, leave from Exit B, then walk about 1,000 meters eastward; or take bus No. 489, No. 527 or Special 148 to get off at Moshikoudongli Stop, then walk about 400 meters westward to reach the museum. If you choose to go there by car, choose "Moshikou Historical and Cultural Block's Ground Parking Lot" (模式口历史文化街区地上停车场) as your destination.
