For the first time, the three sections of Shijingshan Academy (Nanshan Courtyard, Shijingshan Ancient Architecture Complex, and Gongbei Pavilion) are opening to the public together! As a highlight of the "Here I am for CIFTIS" Culture and Tourism Carnival in Shijingshan District, from September 10 to 14, there will be fun, engaging, and visually stunning activities every day. Whether you are a traditional Chinese culture enthusiast, a social media-savvy photo taker, or simply looking for a serene and elegant place to spend half a day, the academy is the place to be!

 

Nanshan Courtyard, tucked away between hills and waters, features quaint architecture and a tranquil environment, making it the area that best embodies the "Poetic Shijingshan". Through a combination of literati gatherings, exhibitions, and hands-on experiences, the public can immerse themselves in the natural landscape to appreciate classical charm and the artistry of daily life.

 

The Shijingshan Ancient Architecture Complex, built along the mountain slopes and shaded by ancient trees, is dotted with halls and temples, representing an area of profound historical and cultural significance in Shijingshan. During the period of this year's CIFTIS, the complex highlights a "deep dialogue between history and intangible cultural heritage", showcasing Shijingshan's historical and cultural legacy. Through a dazzling array of performances and interactive experiences incorporating intangible cultural heritage, visitors can get to know traditional Chinese art forms from new, fascinating angles.

 

 

Gongbei Pavilion, a key cultural landmark of Shijingshan District, will adopt an operation model, presenting craftsmanship showcases during the day and gorgeous scenery after dusk during the period of CIFTIS.
