Counters No. 8 to 12 include three dedicated counters and two consultation desks. The dedicated counters handle services related to retirement calculation, pension transfer, and social insurance rights.
Counters No. 13 to 18 function as comprehensive service counters for social insurance-related issues, where 96 services across four categories (registration, contribution collection, payment, and eligibility verification) are handled at all of these six counters.
Counter No. 19 serves as the social insurance audit counter. Employees can file complaints here if their employers fail to make timely and full contributions to social insurance.
Counters No. 20 and 21 are for work-related injury benefits and labor ability evaluations. Injured employees can access the full range of services related to work injury claims at these two counters.
Counter No. 22 is a flexible-use counter, meaning that the arrangement of staff workers here is adjusted dynamically based on visitor flow. It also provides green channel services, exempting the needs for ticket-taking, queuing, and waiting for the elderly, individuals with disabilities, and other groups with special needs.
