The Area of Services for Foreigners focuses on visa applications, residence permits, and permanent residency for foreigners in China. It is in charge of 202 approval items (foreign trade, taxation, social and medical insurance, and real estate, among others) and over ten service scenarios related to foreign-invested enterprises and foreign nationals. It also integrates public service information to support the needs of foreigners in Shijingshan District, covering dining, clothing, housing, transportation, shopping, and entertainment.

The Area of Talent Services integrates approval services such as point-based and graduate household registration permissions. It also presents a full range of support measures under the Jingxian Program, offering "one-stop" policy consultation and assistance for the introduction of high-level talented minds.
