Counters No. 4 to 15 are general service counters offering services like real estate transfer registration, change of registration, and mortgage registration for individual applicants.

Counter No. 16 serves as the acceptance counter, responsible for initial registration and cadastral surveys of various types of land and housing properties.

Counters No. 17 and 18 are comprehensive enterprise service counters, providing services such as registration for real estate transfer, change, and mortgage for enterprises. These counters also accommodate the "Citywide Services" and "Inter-Provincial Services" for Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi, and Inner Mongolia.

Counter No. 19 is designated for fee payment and certificate issuance for real estate registration. It offers manual services such as certificate issuance and cash payment of registration fees for applicants who have difficulty using smart devices, including the elderly and individuals with disabilities, as well as those who prefer in-person assistance.

Counter No. 20 is the tax refund counter managed by the Shijingshan District Tax Service and handles services concerning contract taxes, tax verification and tax refunds related to real estate registration.
