Counters No. 1 to 8 constitute the Integrated Receipt Group, managing tasks such as invoice issuance on behalf of taxpayers, tax registration, penalties, and related matters. Counter No. 2 is a special counter for newly established enterprises, allowing immediate tax registration without an appointment. Counters No. 9 to 14 make up the Tax Declaration and Refund Group, providing services including comprehensive tax declarations, tax reduction and exemption filings, international taxation, and equity transfers.
