Shijingshan District's Tourism Revenue Surpasses 700 Million Yuan During Spring Festival Holiday

During the 2026 Spring Festival holiday, Shijingshan District organized over 600 sessions of cultural, commercial, tourism, and sports events, attracting a total of 1.302 million visitors and generating 726 million yuan in tourism spending. Key attractions were bustling, recording 1.2348 million visits, a year-on-year increase of 18.72 percent. Revenue reached 46.1142 million yuan, up 23.49 percent year-on-year, marking growth in both the number of visits and the tourism income.

Moshikou Historical and Cultural Block launched a Spring Festival cultural and tourism celebration blending traditional customs with modern interactive experiences, recording nearly 500,000 visits, a year-on-year increase of 52.83 percent. The Badachu Spring Festival Cultural Fair and Shijingshan Amusement Park's "Spring Festival Fair - Chinese New Year Lantern Tour" (迎春庙会·新春灯火游园会) also attracted 173,800 and 153,300 visits respectively, with revenues increasing by 17.81 percent and 50.14 percent year-on-year.

Shougang Park launched a series of events, offering visitors a carnival integrating industrial aesthetics, intangible cultural heritage, ice and snow activities, and China-chic trends. The park cumulatively received over 300,000 visits, with the revenue nearing 20 million yuan.

Public cultural venues, including the Shijingshan District Cultural Center and libraries, recorded over 17,000 visits, with more than 120 sessions of public welfare activities of cultural charm ensuring fun for every visitor during the holiday.
