From May 1 to 10, the 2026 VALORANT Champions Tour (VCT) China Stage 1 Playoffs will take place at the Shougang Park's Ice Hockey Arena. This marks the first-ever VCT events in northern China. The eight top teams advancing from the regular season will compete for the championship and three precious qualification spots for the Masters London.

A player party is underway at the South Square of Shougang Park's No.1 Blast Furnace, where a professional e-sports competition stage opens to all visitors. Spectators will have the chance to interact with star players on site. Exclusive VALORANT-themed check-in installations faithfully create classic game scenes with interactive special effects. The live music zone will host performances by renowned bands, and the integrated exhibition area offers mobile game trials, intangible cultural heritage delicacies, brand showcases and more, delivering an immersive e-sports cultural experience for fans.

Inside the No. 1 Blast Furnace, live house performances dazzle the audience with internationally styled stage design and a stellar lineup of musicians. The giant outdoor screen of the blast furnace is also scheduled to be illuminated to stage a brilliant esports-themed light show. The Esports & Basketball Party, running from May 3 to 5, will host a public welfare basketball training camp, achieving an innovative crossover between esports events and traditional sports public welfare initiatives.
