The FIBA 3x3 Challenger 2026 (Beijing Shijingshan) will be held at Shougang Park, Shijingshan District from August 22 to 23. Leveraging industrial heritage-based venues including the Big Air Shougang, the event is expected to carry forward the Olympic spirit, revitalize post-Winter Olympic legacies, and build an iconic international 3x3 basketball competition series in the capital city. It is also aimed at further elevating Beijing's standing as a world-famous host city for international sports events.

As a Level 9 red-label professional ranking competition series officially certified by FIBA (International Basketball Federation), the games are also core qualifying events for the 2028 Summer Olympic Games in Los Angeles, noted for their outstanding professionalism and competitiveness. Adopting top-tier global 3x3 basketball competition rules, the event will fully showcase the passion, trendiness and dynamic charm unique to 3x3 basketball. As the co-organizer of the tournament, Shougang Sports will host the FIBA 3x3 Challenger Wild Card Competition (国际篮联三人篮球挑战赛外卡赛) at the Cooling Tower Basketball Park inside Shougang Park on July 4 and 5. The champion of the wild card tournament will earn direct entry to compete against elite athletes from across the globe during the main event on August 22 and 23.

Moving forward, in partnership with the games' organizing committee, Shougang Sports will steadily advance all preparatory work, including overseas player reception, construction and commissioning of two competition venues, live broadcasting, omni-media marketing and promotion, sponsorship and ticketing implementation, as well as on-site services and logistics support.
