The 2026 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) will be held at Shougang Park in Beijing's Shijingshan District from September 9 to 13. Travel demand is expected to be higher than in previous years, putting greater pressure on the surrounding transportation network.
The Beijing Municipal Commission of Transport has issued a transport guide for CIFTIS. During the fair, the last-train service time of Subway Line 11 will be extended, while several other subway lines will increase their capacity as well. Free shuttle bus routes and dedicated sightseeing bus services will also be introduced. In addition, 29 parking lots will provide more than 11,000 parking spaces.
Free CIFTIS shuttle buses will run between Pingguoyuan Transport Hub and Shougang Park during the fair.

Multiple-Line Transfers Offer Direct Access to the Exhibition Area
Four rail lines serve the Shougang Park area: Subway Lines 1, 6 and 11, as well as the S1 Line. The Pingguoyuan Transport Hub can help visitors transfer easily between these lines and travel directly to the exhibition area.
Jin'anqiao Station:
Registration Hall 1 is about 600 meters southwest of Exits K and H.
Beixin'an Station (Line 11): Registration Hall 2 is about 150 meters west of its Exit A, while Registration Hall 3 is about 400 meters southwest of its Exit C.
Xinshougang (Shougang Park) Station (Line 11):
Registration Hall 4 is about 300 meters northwest of its Exits A, B, C and D.
For bus services, Bus Route 1 has been extended west to the Shougang Park area, with eight new stops arranged: Laoshan (老山), Jingyuanlukoudong (京原路口东), Jingyanfandian (京燕饭店; Jingyan Hotel), Shijingshangucheng (石景山古城), Laogucheng (老古城), Xinshougang (新首钢), Xinshougangdaqiao (新首钢大桥) and Shougangyuan Bus Terminal. The route operates from 5:00 to 22:40.
Special Bus Route 108 will use higher-capacity vehicles. Together with Special Route 148, it will add more buses based on passenger demand so as to improve transfer efficiency.
During CIFTIS, Bus Route 1 will be extended west to Shougang Park to meet passenger demand.
29 Parking Lots to Provide Over 11,000 Spaces
During the CIFTIS, 29 parking lots around Shougang Park will provide more than 11,000 spaces. Of these, 25 parking lots in and around the park will offer about 10,000 spaces, while four emergency parking lots will be opened as needed.
Visitors are encouraged to use the P2 parking lot, which has relatively more spaces. From there, free shuttle buses will run directly to the registration hall on Xiulichang Street.
During the fair, drivers can search for "CIFTIS"(服贸会) or "Shougang Park"(首钢园) in navigation apps to access a dedicated page listing recommended parking lots, with real-time information on available spaces, parking fees and more.
During the CIFTIS, dedicated parking areas for non-motorized vehicles will be set up next to Registration Hall 1 at Shougang Park. More than 6,300 non-motorized vehicles can be accommodated in and around the park, including two new dedicated parking areas near Registration Hall 1.
New 7.5-km Sightseeing Bus Route
During the fair, transport authorities will add free shuttle bus services and other special routes. A 7.5-km sightseeing bus route will connect popular attractions including Shougangshebeiku (首钢设备库) Stop, the South Square of No. 3 Blast Furnace and the Big Air Shougang. Operating from 9:00 to 17:00, the route will use double-decker sightseeing buses offering food service as well as minibuses to combine transport with sightseeing.
A sunset-themed bus route will also be set up to connect with evening market activities. It will stop at Shougangshebeiku Stop and Qunminghuxijie (群明湖西街) (Yongding River Market), and operate from 17:00 to 20:00.
Two regular free CIFTIS shuttle bus routes will run from P2 Parking Lot and Pingguoyuan Transport Hub to Xiulichang Street from 8:00 to 18:00.
During the CIFTIS, transport authorities will work with navigation platforms including Amap and Baidu to launch a dedicated CIFTIS navigation service. It will provide 17 tailored travel-route options and real-time road-condition updates. In addition, 45 specially recruited transport volunteers will provide route guidance, travel advice, pedestrian-flow management and basic emergency assistance for visitors.
