(1) An original "Letter of Authorization of Legal Representative of Construction Projects"
(2) An original ID card of the authorized agent (for verification only)and a photocopy of it（In the case of applying at the service window, the original will be verified on the spot and one photocopy will be reserved; in the case of applying online, the scanned copy of both sides of the ID card shall be provided.）
3. In the case of applying for a project planning permit for the first time, an original application letter for project construction is required.
(1) Reconstruction projects: the application documents include the basic information of the land acquired by the reconstruction project and the name and certificate number of the house ownership certificate; the construction use nature, building area (including above ground and underground), building height, the number of floors, as well as the current building usage of the reconstruction project; and the name and document number of the research opinion document of the multi-regulation platform.
(2) New construction or expansion projects: the application documents include the basic information such as the name and number of the land use and house ownership certificate and the document number of the "Grant Contract of State-owned Construction Land Use Right"The document name and number of the research opinions obtained on the multi-regulation integration platform, and related work status shall be expressly indicated.
4. One set of design drawings, attached with a copy of the general plan. (For detailed requirements, please refer to the "Guidelines for the Handling of Technical Documents for Planning and Design of Construction Projects" (No.87 [2018] of Beijing Municipal Commission of Urban Planning and Land and Resources Management))
5. Materials for specific projects:
(1) In the case of applying for a residential project planning permit for the first time, an original time sequence plan for supporting public service facilities is required.
(2) Projects without consultation with the multi-regulation platform
If the civil air defense project is involved, an original copy of the review opinion on civil air defense projects issued by the civil defense authority is required.
If a landscaping project is involved, an original copy of the landscaping review opinion issued by the competent landscaping authority is needed.
