Shijingshan's first conference following the Spring Festival holiday - the 2025 Shijingshan District Industrial Development Promotion Conference - has sounded the clarion call for high-quality development.
Currently, Shijingshan is home to over 60,000 enterprises, including nearly 1,000 national high-tech enterprises and 380 municipal-level specialized, high-end and innovation-driven enterprises providing distinctive products or services. The launch of the Global Partnership Investment Initiative marks a significant step for the district in forging cross-border collaborations. As a highlight of the conference, a signing ceremony was held for key enterprises in specialized industrial parks and corporate tenants of commercial office spaces.
China Construction Capital Holdings, Beijing Shrub Interactive Culture & Technology Co., Ltd., and three other enterprises have signed agreements to settle in Beijing Banking and Insurance Business Park and CETC (Beijing) Intelligent Technology Park, as well as the Science Fiction Industry Innovation Center and other specialized industrial parks. These enterprises focus on R&D and commercialization of cutting-edge technologies, and will significantly advance collaborative development along the industry chain.
Meanwhile, Beijing Jing'an Yunxin Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Duan-Dian Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and three other enterprises have signed agreements to establish offices in Shoutegang Building, Jin'an Zhonghai Wealth Center, and other key commercial buildings. By optimizing space utilization, the district's commercial office facilities are accelerating to foster an industrial clustering effect.

By accelerating the establishment of the "244" modern industrial system, the district focuses on two leading industries - information technology and modern finance, while prioritizing four emerging industries - artificial intelligence (AI), industrial Internet, science fiction, and virtual reality (VR). Also, Shijingshan is positioning itself at the forefront of four future industries - future information, future manufacturing, future space, and future healthcare. As part of its 2025 industrial development goals, the total revenue from high-tech and advanced industries in the district is expected to exceed CNY 345 billion. Shijingshan has established a CNY-1-billion annual technology innovation fund, attracting innovation resources and accelerating the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements. The district is enhancing the roles of enterprises as key innovation drivers, encouraging them to increase R&D investment, achieve breakthroughs in terms of core technologies, build shared platforms, and implement demonstration projects.
