During the conference, the demand list for smart city application scenarios solution and the financial service plan for specialized, refined, differential and innovative enterprises were released for the first time. The plan encourages more high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to be listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange, aiming to comprehensively stimulate market vitality and meet the development needs of high-quality SMEs. Recognition certificates were also awarded to representatives of specialized, refined, differential and innovative enterprises during the event.

 

 

In July of this year, Shijingshan expanded the scope of incentives to include innovative SMEs. The regulations specify that enterprises receiving the title of innovative SMEs and the Beijing municipal-level specialized, refined, differential and innovative SMEs for the first time, as well as those obtaining the title of "little giant", national-level innovative SME for the first time, will be eligible for a one-time reward of CNY 30,000 to 800,000.

 

Under the promoting policy, in the form of e-CNY, Shijingshan has already disbursed up to CNY 26.61 million for the district's 192 specialized, refined, differential and innovative SMEs in 2023, accounting for over 80 percent of the total disbursed funds.

 

Shijingshan will continue to disburse financial rewards for specialized, refined, differential and innovative enterprises through a "no-application, automatic enjoyment" approach, based on formal announcements from the national and Beijing municipal authorities, eliminating the need for companies to provide supporting documentation.
