Visa-exempt foreign nationals who need to stay in Beijing for a period longer than the visa exemption period due to non-diplomatic or official reasons; Visa-exempt foreign nationals who hold ordinary passports or APEC Business Travel Cards and need to stay in Beijing for longer than 60 days due to the acceptance of medical treatments, participation in urgent business, and other reasons.

 

2. Foreign nationals who need to stay in Beijing for humanitarian reasons after their reasons for residence have been terminated (e.g. termination of employment or study).
