1. Any foreign national holding an APEC Business Travel Card can apply for a stay permit with a duration of no more than 30 days.

 

2. Any foreign national whose reason for residence has been terminated can apply for a stay permit with a duration of at most 30 days.

 

3. Any foreign infant born in China can apply for a stay permit of which the duration is the same as his/her parents.

 

4. Anyone who has been approved to withdraw his/her Chinese citizenship can apply for a stay permit with a duration of no more than 180 days.

 

5. Any foreign national can apply for a stay permit with a duration of up to 180 days in accordance with his/her purpose(s) of stay under other circumstances.
