In the case where one or more of the registered items of a foreign residence permit (such as name, gender, date of birth, purpose of residence, period of validity of residence, date or location of issuance, passport number or numbers specified on other international travel documents) have been changed, the holder shall, within ten days from the date of the change(s), apply for changing at the exit and entry administration of the public security organ under the people's government at or above the county level in the holder's place of stay or residence.
