At present, Shijingshan District Communist Youth League Committee (the Committee for short) has partly finished the enrollment of volunteers for the coming Beijing 2022. The core urban volunteers for the Winter Games have received Red Cross Lifeguard training courses and taken part in outdoor team building activities. Multiple groups of winter Olympics volunteers have been built up in Shijingshan District to serve the winter Olympics.

As a troupe of volunteers mainly dedicated to the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, the Committee will organize diverse training activities for the newly enrolled volunteers and improve the quality and delivery of services for the Games. 

The Committee will speed the selection, building, management and operation of volunteer service stations for winter Olympics. It will also fulfill the role of the district-level mobilization and instruction center to guide and inspire youth volunteers in all sub-districts and communities across Shijingshan District.

These volunteers will work actively to publicize knowledge about ice and snow sports and culture of the winter Olympics, to create a favorable environment and atmosphere, and to proactively participate in the services for the Games.
