I. Form of Preliminary Round
Each participant is required to deliver an online roadshow within six minutes while the judges will evaluate the performances offline within one minute. The entire contest will be broadcast live via Tencent Meeting (Meeting number: 744-814-826).
II. Time of Preliminary Round

III. Sequence of Online Roadshows
The online roadshows will be arranged in ascending order based on the serial number of projects in each competition section, starting from the smallest to the largest.
IV. Requirements for Preliminary Round
1. Each team is required to appoint one participant who will represent the team in the online roadshow. The participant should prepare PowerPoint slides in advance. The roadshow of each team shall be finished within six minutes.
2. Please check the notice from the official WeChat group chat in time. A staff member will notify each team ten minutes before its scheduled slot of the roadshow via Tencent Meeting, allowing them to make preparations. Failure to respond or join in time will be considered as the team's withdrawal from the competition.
3. The competition has formed a panel of judges to evaluate projects from the three main competition sections, covering the manufacturing and service industries, along with a section of the creative special competition for youths. A total of 24 projects, consisting of the top eight teams of the above three sections, will be selected for the finals. The list of finalists will be available on the official website of Shijingshan District People's Government of Beijing Municipality or the official WeChat account of Shijingshan District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau within three working days following the preliminary round of the contest.
