Recently, the Beijing Municipal Government Services Website has officially launched "One Task" integrated services for large-scale commercial performances, sports events, and exhibitions and trade shows. The official website of Shijingshan District People's Government of Beijing Municipality has synchronized the online processing of these three major events in the "Complete One Task" section (http://www.bjsjs.gov.cn/gongkai/zwgkpd/ztzl/2022/yjsycb/).

These newly introduced integrated services are used for the application of three types of large-scale consumer activities with the purpose of profit, i.e., commercial performances, sports events, and exhibitions and trade shows, which have over 1,000 participants in a single session and occupy venues or sites through renting, borrowing, or other means.

 

With this new integrated service, applicants can access information of policies online, and initiate their applications by clicking on the "Apply Now". They have the flexibility to select multiple services simultaneously based on their specific needs, and submit their information online to complete the application process. Meanwhile, offline services such as policy consultations are still available at the Shijingshan District Government Service Center. Applicants can track the progress of their applications through the "Complete One Task" section or the Corporate Service Center on the website.

 

 

 

Following the integrated service reform, the approval time for large-scale commercial performances has been significantly reduced by 82.9 percent, from 35 working days when processes are conducted sequentially to just six working days when multiple procedures are handled concurrently. The number of required approval documents has been streamlined by 42.1 percent, decreasing from 38 items to 22 items. The approval time for large-scale sports events has been shortened by 83.9 percent, from 62 working days to 10 working days. Similarly, the number of approval documents has been reduced by 36.0 percent, from 25 items to 16 items. As for large-scale sales exhibitions and trade shows, the approval time has been substantially reduced from 34 working days to 6 working days, an 82.4 percent reduction. Furthermore, the number of approval documents has been streamlined from a maximum of 28 items to 19 items, down by 32.1 percent.
