The 2nd Science Fiction Planet Awards ceremony is set to take place during the 8th China Science Fiction Convention on the afternoon of April 28 at Shougang Park. The Science Fiction Planet Awards (official website: www.sfpaward.com), as first international comprehensive science fiction award independently established by China, holds a selection annually and features a prize pool of CNY 6.65 million to support and encourage enterprises related to science fiction to develop new technologies, new scenarios, and new applications. With the core principle of encouraging "future experiences", the 2nd Science Fiction Planet Awards has initiated a collection process. Among all the awards the Technology Award focuses on the concept of "science and technology promoting perceptual expansion", the Literature Award on "recreation different life experiences," and the Works Award on "new perspectives and new thinking on future life scene experiences".
