Recently, Shijingshan District Intellectual Property Public Service Platform was launched, which is the first district-level intellectual property public service platform in Beijing.

 

The platform, characterized by its digitalization, intelligence, standardization, and scenario-oriented design, covers the whole cycle of multiple scenarios. These include global patent search, patent compliance management and commercialization of scientific and technological achievements. It is meant to integrate multiple aspects of intellectual property protection and to build a user-friendly online platform by connecting innovation supply, industrial demand, and capital empowerment through five core functional modules. The platform is expected to improve the level of standardization and facilitation of intellectual property public services in Shijingshan District.

 

Furthermore, Shijingshan Sub-center of Beijing Intellectual Property Protection Center (BIPPC) was inaugurated. To facilitate the patent prequalification services of BIPPC, the sub-center will build an enterprise database through big data matching and filtering, and conduct graph analysis of the enterprises based on various dimensions such as established times, registered capitals, and intellectual property rights. Moving forward, the service platform and the sub-center will work together online and offline to provide enterprises with one-stop, full-chain, high-quality intellectual property services.
