Recently, a list of the municipal-level cultural industrial parks in Beijing for 2023 was released, which recognizes 105 cultural industrial parks including Zhongguancun VR Industrial Park (DawnSun Creative Square) and Langyuan Park are on the list.

 

 

Zhongguancun VR Industrial Park (DawnSun Creative Square) is one of the key projects in Shijingshan District to relieve Beijing of functions non-essential to its role as China's capital. Formerly a condenser factory, following a vacating process of its manufacturing facilities, it is now a 5A-level office high-quality industrial park focusing on R&D and offices.

 

 

So far, dozens of leading companies and R&D institutions like Virtual Point, Silkroad Visual and XIMMERSE have been introduced to the park. A VR industrial cluster is now taking shape.

 

Langyuan Park was formerly known as Boguyiyuan Crafts Market and Beifang Flea Market. Combining the features of Shijingshan District and the park itself, Langyuan Vintage created this urban public cultural landmark in accordance with the spatial renovation concepts of "green + ecosystem + creativity" and the operational concepts of "cultural yard + fish pound ecosystem + urban college".
