Shijingshan District Investment Promotion Service Center Builds a Platform for Cooperation and Exchanges Between Chinese and Japanese Enterprises

On September 23, Shijingshan District Investment Promotion Service Center joined hands with the Japan-China Economic Association and the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China to build a platform for two-way exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and Japanese enterprises, and create new opportunities for Japan-funded enterprises to establish presence in China and enterprises in Shijingshan District to "go global".

The Center organized the "Invest in Shijingshan" industrial and economic exchange salon, during which Shougang Park was presented to the representatives of the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China to Beijing and the executives of Japan-funded enterprises. Shijingshan's regional advantages, business environment, industrial policies, measures tailored to foreign-funded enterprises, etc., were also introduced to the attendees.

A total of 18 representatives from policy banks (such as the Bank of Japan and the Japan Bank for International Cooperation), and commercial banks, property insurance companies, equity investment firms and trade companies (such as Mizuho Bank, MUFJ Bank, Nomura, Tokio Marine Holdings, Aioi Insurance Co.,Ltd, AGC, Marubeni Corporation, and Grant Thornton) to China, visited the No.1 Blast Furnace, Zhongguancun Science Fiction Industrial Innovation Center and Shougang Fund. The Japanese representatives and had face-to-face exchanges with representatives of outstanding enterprises in Shijingshan District such as DASUNG, Goolton, and Yuanke Fangzhou.

Efforts were made in assisting four Shijingshan-based enterprises in cooperating with Japanese enterprises. Specifically, DASUNG will receive support in its expansion into the Japanese financial institution market; Graph Origin's will collaborate with leading Japanese design enterprises; Goolton will strengthen its cooperation with competent Japanese enterprises in terms of industry chains; AKESO will cooperate with Japanese scientific research institutions to drive the commercialization of technological achievements.
