10:00 An adventure at Beijing International Sculpture Park

 

Vivid modern sculptures, murals, and other artworks adorn the green Beijing International Sculpture Park. During the Yulan Magnolia Festival every April, Yulan magnolia bloom on more than 5,000 trees, for an unbelievably sweet fragrance. There is a lake in the park's western area. Visitors can see the landscape of the park reflected by the lake.

 

 

12:00 Have lunch at Taiwan Street

 

Various restaurants line the two sides of Taiwan Street close to Beijing International Sculpture Park. The restaurants are all decorated exquisitely. If your visit in the evening, you will see the street lit up by lanterns as if it is a place remote from our daily life.

Ever since the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, the Citizen Winter Sports Center, located near Babaoshan Station of Beijing Subway, has been a good choice for people looking to do sports in the afternoon. There's a good view of the Citizen Winter Sports Center from the nearby pedestrian overpass.
