- Motor vehicles in use during the validity period of previous inspection;

- Motor vehicles in use during the validity period of motor vehicle-related compulsory insurance regarding traffic accident liability;Provision of proof required by laws, regulations, and departmental rules.

2. Compulsory insurance certificate for motor vehicle accident liability.

Steps:

Application accepted for review and verification of materials.

Only qualified application will be proceeded for documents filing and registration.

Issuance of motor vehicle inspection certificate.

Address:

Vehicles of foreign embassies/consulates, foreigners or foreign institutions may be forwarded to the Office of Vehicle Management of Beijing Municipal Traffic Management Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the Office of Vehicle Management).

Vehicles of people holding permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residence may be proceeded at the Office of Vehicle Management or its branch offices.

Other types of motor vehicles may be proceeded at any branch offices of the Office of Vehicle Management.

Other personnel may proceed to any branch offices of the Office of Vehicle Management or vehicle management offices of municipal traffic brigades and detachments.

Interviewed and registered users of mobile APP "Traffic Management 12123" may also apply for inspection certificate with the APP.

Weekends: 09:00-16:00 (except for national statutory holidays)

The application will be processed within 0.5 working day from the date of acceptance.
