Yuanshan Guizhou Snack House

Inside its warm, minimalist space crafted with natural wood, you can sense a strong artistic vibe. House-made beef noodle soup (原汤牛肉粉; a signature dish) is rich and savory, slow-cooked to perfection; green pepper and minced pork noodles (青椒肉沫粉) are appetizing for the smell; while the spicy chicken noodles (辣鸡粉) deliver a bold, numbing kick. Here, you can enjoy the authentic flavors of southwestern China without leaving Beijing.
More specialty snacks are coming soon.
