2. A photocopy of the duplicate business license ("Performance brokerage" shall be added to the business scope of the business license.)

3. An original commercial performance license  and a photocopy of the original commercial performance license 

4. An original authorization letter (If a non-legal representative comes to handle the matter of application, the photocopy of the handling agent's ID card shall be submitted and pasted.)

(2) Examination and decision: 5 working days 

(3) Issuance and delivery of certificate: 5 working days for production of certificate and 5 working days for issuance of certificate

Applicable to National Cultural Innovation Zone in Chaoyang District, Fengtai Park of Zhongguancun Science Park, all administrative divisions of the Town of Majuqiao in Tongzhou District, Haidian District, Shijingshan District and Shunyi District. 

All paper materials must be stamped with the official seal.
