Foreign members of a Zhongguancun entrepreneurial teams or foreign technical talents selected and recruited by a Zhongguancun enterprises, who score 70 points in accordance with the assessment criteria for foreign talents at Zhongguancun, may apply for permanent residence permit through accreditation performed as well as a letter of recommendation issued by the Administrative Committee of Zhongguancun Science Park.
