Do foreigners who pass away in China need to have their related documents canceled in China?
In the unfortunate event of a foreigner passing away within the sovereign territory of the People's Republic of China, their relatives, legal guardians, or agents shall inform the Exit and Entry Administration of Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau, along with a copy of the foreigner's death certificate to cancel his or her visa.
