  • What does the "Integration of Two Certificates" for the work permits of foreigners refer to?
    On December 30, 2015, the State Commission Office for Public Sector Reform (SCOPSR) made an official reply to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China and the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs of the People's Republic of China with the Letter on the Opinions of Integrating Work Permits of Foreigners in China (Shen Gai Ban [2015] No. 95). According to the letter, the Work Permits for Foreigners Entering China and Foreign Experts' Work Permits in China were allowed to be integrated into one kind of permits, namely the Foreigner's Work Permit. Besides, the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs of the People's Republic of China shall take the responsibility to handle affairs related to this kind of work permits.
