Shijingshan District has outlined a development framework of "One Core, Three Corridors, and Six Specialized Parks". Specifically, with Shougang Park as the "core", the district is forming three "demonstration corridors" — the Cultural and Technological Demonstration Corridor, the Smart Applications Demonstration Corridor, and the Technology Services Demonstration Corridor — while expanding and upgrading six specialized parks dedicated to industries such as artificial intelligence and sci-fi games.
